CFS – Chronic Fatigue Syndrome

CFS or Chronic Fatigue Syndrome is more common in women than men. It is a condition where a person can feel very tired or exhausted with little activity and the tiredness takes a lot of time to go with adequate rest.  This condition if prevalent for more than 6 months then the appropriate advice is to visit an experienced doctor and get diagnosed.

Chronic Fatigue Syndrome is a physical condition that is mostly caused by immune system problems, nervous system disorders and metabolism related issues.  There is no known medical test to confirm this cause of fatigue.
